Goose Cottage is a charming two bedroom, brick and flint, period terraced cottage. Situated right on the coast in the sought after village of Titchwell with views of the sea out over the famous bird reserve and within walking distance of both the beach and the nearby restaurants. Goose Cottage underwent a full programme of refurbishment in 2012 and has been operating as a super successful holiday let since then.
Downstairs is a utility room, modern fitted kitchen and open plan dining and sitting room with a wood burning stove with natural slate flooring throughout. The windows to the front look out to the coast and have been cleverly fitted with acoustic glass to ensure the living space and bedroom above are cosy and quiet.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, to the front and rear of the cottage with the master bedroom commanding lovely views out over the RSPB bird reserve. The family bathroom has a bath and shower over.
The cottage is situated on the coast road towards the edge of the village yet still within easy walking distance of Titchwell Manor and Briarfields to enjoy some supper, a drink or a snack. The parking is to the front of the cottage on the road and is unrestricted. The current owners have an arrangement with nearby Briarfields for guests to be able to leave a car in their car park as long as they don't have a big function.
To the rear of the cottage there is an enclosed courtyard immediately outside the door and a further enclosed garden outside the gate. There is a path running to the rear of all the cottages that is used to access the back of each cottage and divides the courtyards and gardens.
