Heacham is a super popular holiday destination village and Church Green is amongst the most picturesque settings to be found. Church View has only been advertised as a holiday let since October 2019 but has been immediately a very popular choice. The cottage has been booked almost solidly since it was launched and whilst all the bookings from mid-March - early July could not go ahead, many moved to later in the year and to spring 2021.
The cottage is currently advertised by leading local cottage agency, Norfolk Cottages, who manage all the bookings. The current owners look after the changeovers themselves but Norfolk Cottages are able to offer a fully managed service to owners who do not live locally, including cleaning, laundry and maintenance.

The pretty village of Heacham lies in West Norfolk overlooking The Wash and Hunstanton lies just 3 miles to the north. It has been a seaside village for over a century and a half and has two beautiful beaches which are among the few in Eastern England where the sun sets over the sea instead of over the land.
Church View is also well located for the many outside attractions Heacham has to offer, including numerous nature and bird reserves, coastal and rural walks. The renowned and well loved lavender fields are certainly one not to miss and while you are there you can grab some delicious locally food from the award winning Walsingham Farm Shop or alternatively if you are looking for somewhere to be wined and dined then head to the Michelin-starred Neptune Inn in Old Hunstanton.
If its stately homes you are after, there is no end of places to visit in Norfolk, including HM The Queens Norfolk residence Sandringham House or Houghton Hall and Snettisham Park.
The village also has regular transport links to Hunstanton and also King's Lynn which has direct rail links to Cambridge and London Kings Cross.
