Bumbles is currently a very successful holiday let, marketed through leading local holiday let agency, Norfolk Hideaways. The cottage has only been available from mid June to the end of October in 2021 and has been fully booked throughout. The figures quoted above are net of the marketing charges, however changeover costs and utilities would still need to be deducted.
Should you wish to continue with holiday letting, Bumbles could be available as a turn key (by separate negotiation) so the cottage could be purchased all ready to go.
The booking calendars are currently closed from the end of October, to enable full flexibility should the next owners of Bumbles not be keen to holiday let.
Northrepps is a quintessentially pretty North Norfolk village with a number of striking period properties throughout and a village pub, The Foundary Arms.
The village is tucked away just behind the coastline and is just one mile from the sandy beaches at Overstrand and two and a half miles from Cromer with it's supermarkets, amenities, schools and famous Victorian pier.
Northrepps falls within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are a number of excellent walks and cycle paths all around.
