The popular coastal village of Heacham enjoys not one, but two beaches 'North' and 'South'. Heacham South, with its renowned Norfolk sand dunes, is a great walk for you, your family and dogs whereas Heacham North offers a picturesque promenade with beach huts for hire. It's a lovely walk along the concrete promenade to Husntanton (2.25 miles).

Another bonus to Heacham and Hunstanton is that they are the only to places on the east coast where the beach faces West, meaning its a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. It is also ideally located between RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, a bird watching haven.
