What do we do differently for sellers?
If you own a house on the North Norfolk coast, be it your home, second home or holiday let investment, there is no doubt that when you come to sell it you will want it to appeal to the widest market possible. I know from experience how many prospective buyers on our beautiful coast are interested in knowing how much their new property could potentially generate for them if they chose to holiday let it. For some it is an essential part of the buying process; and until now it has not been straightforward to get this information.
Potential to generate a second income
This is what Big Skies does differently. Whilst providing all the same marketing avenues the standard agents provide, we will also provide you with formal projections on the holiday income and occupancy levels to market your home with. If you are currently holiday letting your Norfolk home, we will market it effectively using the actual income figures and work with you and your agent to arrange viewings around your bookings – ensuring no loss of income whilst you move through the selling process.
Selling your second home
If you are selling your second home, we understand that this is a slightly different process to selling your main residence. We are on hand to spend the extra time with you to ensure that we truly understand your home and can show it to prospective buyers as well as you could. We will ensure that your home is looking its best for every viewing. It’s the attention to detail here, for example if your house is unoccupied, we will arrive in good time to open windows, put in flowers and generally ensure that it looks and smells welcoming before your viewers arrive. We can arrange for a gardener to come and tidy the flower beds or cut the grass, a window cleaner, or for a housekeeper to come and have a whizz round; or liaise with your own housekeeping team to get things ship shape for the all important viewings.
Selling your main residence
If you are selling your main residence on the coast, we will also provide a set of holiday let opportunity figures for you to market your home with. It may well be that someone will buy it to live in, just as you do; but everybody will be interested in having an idea of what their property could generate for them.

We will also deliver all this at no extra cost. We do not charge for the beautiful professional photographs of your property, for the glossy brochure we produce for every property, for the production of holiday let projection figures or for the early arrival service for viewings at unoccupied properties. We charge a very competitive commission rate for a unique service.
